We're looking for a

Level 3-qualified Assistant Manager/Business Partner

who can bring confidence, reliability, and a strong presence to our lovely team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys serving as the steady heartbeat in a small, busy gym, blending day-to-day management, personal training, class instruction, and genuine community engagement.

? Who You Are

Level 3 Personal Trainer Experience working in a gym or fitness environment Strong communicator who stays calm and positive under pressure Enjoys working collaboratively, not hierarchically Comfortable taking initiative and bringing structure to busy periods Passionate about delivering a supportive, member-focused environment Strong base of female clients, with a strong interest in female strength and functional training Early morning availability is required.

? What You'll Do

Be a consistent, energetic presence on the gym floor Deliver Personal Training sessions and small-group training Support day-to-day operations: member experience, safety, standards and service Work with the GM to identify improvements and strengthen systems Assist with scheduling, planning, and weekly reporting Bring calm, structure, and reliability to peak periods Help drive Gymshack's culture: collaboration, community and common purpose.
