Energize Gymnastics
- a fun, structured opportunity to learn leadership and coaching skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
This
voluntary program
is ideal for students in
Years 9-11
looking to get hands-on experience, meet new people, and explore future coaching opportunities.
Days we have available
Ladybridge Primary, Cheadle:
Mondays 4:45pm - 6:20pm
Pownal Green Primary, Bramhall:
Support qualified coaches during gymnastics classes
Help with equipment setup and warm-up activities
Assist with holiday camps and inclusive gymnastics sessions
Develop your leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Progress through five structured development levels

Prior gymnastics experience is needed
- We ask for a minimum of 1 year experience of doing gymnastics personally and eager to learn attitude. :)
