Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in coaching, with the ability to inspire and develop students of all levels. This role involves teaching children so you will need to have a positive outlook and good behaviour management, while fostering teamwork, discipline and a fun approach to learning.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programmes that enhance students' skills. Ensure all students train in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment. Organise and lead fun, skills-based activities, ensuring students understand their roles and responsibilities. Foster a positive environment that promotes sportsmanship, respect, and collaboration among students. Communicate effectively with children, parents and management regarding student development and progress where necessary.
Requirements
Enhanced DBS (in date) Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in gymnastics. Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate. Reliable and flexible approach. A commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all. Punctual timekeeping.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: 40.00-60.00 per hour
