Hart Gymnastics Club is a thriving, friendly and inclusive club based in Fleet, Hampshire. We are passionate about helping children develop confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love for movement through recreational and competitive gymnastics.
We are seeking enthusiastic
Assistant Gymnastics Coaches
to join our team this September.
The Role
As an Assistant Gymnastics Coach, you will support our experienced lead coaches in delivering fun, safe and engaging sessions for children aged 2.5-16 years. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sport, working with children, or those looking to gain valuable coaching experience in a supportive environment.
Training Times
You must be available for at least
two sessions per week
. Hours are set termly and start/finish times may vary.
Consistency and reliability are very important to us, therefore all coaches must commit to a minimum of 2 days per week.
Pay & Benefits
8 - 18 per hour depending on age and experience
Pay reviewed every February in line with Government recommendations

Applicant Requirements
Essential:
Must be at least 16 years old when applying
Passion for working with children in a sports or coaching environment
Friendly, approachable, and reliable
Willingness to learn and develop coaching skills
Desirable (but not essential):
British Gymnastics coaching qualification (e.g. Core Proficiency, Level 1 or higher)
Experience in gymnastics (as a gymnast or coach)
Safeguarding and First Aid certifications (training can be provided)

Group interview:
Thursday 25th September, 6:00pm - 7:30pm
at Hart Gymnastics Club, Fleet, Hampshire.
