Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Women's Artistic Gymnastics Coach to join our competitive squad coaching team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics, excellent coaching skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging gymnastics training sessions for various age groups and skill levels.
- Develop individualised training programs to help athletes achieve their personal goals.
- Monitor and assess athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive training environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a clean and hazard-free training space.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organise events, competitions, and showcases.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding athlete progress and program updates.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a gymnastics coach or instructor.
- Ideally have a qualification in coaching level 1 or above
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- First Aid is a plus.
- Passion for working with children and young athletes.
