Job Description
Our Gym is growing and so is our Gymnastics Family. We are looking for a fun, dynamic but professional Gymnastics Coach to help our new leadership team drive the standards at our club to the next level.
Working Evenings and weekends, this is a great role to to fit a variety of other commitments.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs to enhance gymnastic skills for athletes of all levels. Provide instruction on techniques, routines, and safety practices during training sessions. Monitor and evaluate athletes' progress, offering constructive feedback to improve performance. Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth. Organize and lead practice sessions, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and proper equipment usage. Communicate effectively with athletes and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in gymnastics Strong teaching skills with the ability to instruct and motivate athletes Certification in gymnastics coaching or related field preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop training programs tailored to individual athlete needs Knowledge of safety protocols and injury prevention in gymnastics
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 11.75-15.00 per hour
