We are looking to add new coaches to our team.
Coaches should have a minimum of a British Gymnastics Level 2 qualification, although candidates with a British Gymnastics Level 1 qualification will be considered if they are working towards a Level 2 qualification.
Successful candidates will need to have strong communication skills (listening, to engage and to build relationships), interpersonal skills to work as a member of our team as well as maintaining a high professional standard in their conduct (punctuality, time management, attention to detail).
The main duties of the role will vary, depending upon qualification and experience, but will include:
Session Delivery and Coaching, Administration, Compliance with Best Practice, Provison of a Safe and Secure Environment for our Coaches and Gymnasts, Accompanying Gymnasts to Events, Assist with the Development of the Club, particularly with relation to your section, Talent Identification, Mentoring, Coach Development
Salary range stated depends on number of hours worked per week and level of qualifications and experience.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.25-17.30 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
