Job Description

Duties:

Deliver recreational gymnastics classes to children aged 4-12 at our venue and at after school clubs in local schools Instruct athletes on proper techniques, form, and safety measures in gymnastics Plan and lead gymnastics classes Provide individualised coaching and feedback to athletes to help them improve their skills Create a positive and supportive environment for children to learn and grow Communicate effectively with children and parents Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate training schedules and activities

Requirements:

Previous experience in gymnastics coaching Minimum Level 1 BG or UKCC gymnastics coaching qualification Aged 18+

Desirable:

Confident when leading sessions and interacting with parents and carers Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with children, parents and colleagues Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential Strong organisational skills to plan and coordinate delivery of classes Current DBS, safeguarding and CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Availability to work Wednesday and Friday evenings and Sunday day time
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week
