Level 2 Gymnastics Coach

to join our expanding team at Totem Gymnastics Club. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is not only passionate about coaching but also eager to take on

You'll be instrumental in inspiring young gymnasts, supporting the club's day-to-day operations, and contributing creative ideas to help the club continue to

grow and thrive

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, structured gymnastics sessions for children of all ages and abilities. Support gymnasts' technical and personal development in a positive, encouraging environment. Maintain a safe and well-organised training space, following all club policies and procedures. Assist with administrative duties such as class registers, attendance tracking, parent communications, and event coordination. Contribute to marketing and promotion by sharing ideas for social media, events, and outreach initiatives. Support the Club Manager with scheduling, programme planning, and general operations. Communicate effectively with parents, gymnasts, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all. Demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities for club improvement and growth. Show leadership potential with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as part of professional development toward a management role.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

Level 2 Gymnastics Coaching qualification

(or working towards completion). Proven experience in gymnastics coaching or a similar role. Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills. Proactive mindset with a passion for helping a club grow and succeed. Positive, team-focused attitude with an eagerness to learn and take on leadership tasks. First Aid and safeguarding certifications (preferred). Passion for inspiring children and contributing to a supportive club culture.
