Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and experience working with students of various ages and skill levels. This role involves teaching gymnastics skills, promoting physical fitness, and fostering a positive environment for all participants. The Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for developing training programs that enhance performance while ensuring the safety and well-being of all gymnasts.

Responsibilities

Instruct students in gymnastics techniques, routines, and safety protocols. Develop individualized training plans to meet the needs of each gymnast. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and skill development. Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to safety guidelines and protocols. Organize and lead warm-up exercises, drills, and conditioning activities. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding progress and any concerns. Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.

Skills

Strong background in gymnastics coaching or related sports coaching experience. Experience working with students in a teaching or childcare capacity. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment. Skills in other sports such as cheerleading, martial arts (including judo), swimming, basketball, or climbing are highly desirable. Lifeguard certification is a plus for ensuring safety during aquatic activities. Ability to teach physical education concepts effectively. Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues. A passion for promoting health and fitness among youth. Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
