This is a
unique opportunity
to build a MAG programme from the ground up as part of a growing and passionate community club. The successful applicant will play a leading role in designing and delivering the programme, while also contributing to the wider development of the club.
In the early stages, the role will involve supporting existing sessions -- including recreational and other programmes -- while the MAG pathway is developed.

Requirements
Level 3 MAG coaching qualification
(or working toward it)
Up-to-date
Enhanced DBS
Safeguarding certification

Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the individual needs of gymnasts.
Educate athletes on proper techniques, safety practices, and the importance of physical fitness.
Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages participation and skill development.
Organise and lead sessions, ensuring all equipment is safe and properly maintained.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss athlete progress and address any concerns.
Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques, gymnastics trends, and safety regulations.

Skills
Strong background in sports coaching, with experience in gymnastics.
