Job Overview - Gymnastics Coaches (Full-Time & Part-Time)

We are seeking passionate and dedicated

Gymnastics Coaches

to join our growing team at the City of Plymouth Trampoline & Gymnastics Club.

We are a fast-growing club with opportunities across a wide range of programmes, including

MAG, WAG, General Gymnastics, Trampoline, and Community Activities

(e.g. birthday parties and holiday clubs).

We welcome applications from both

qualified and unqualified individuals

- with on-the-job training available for successful candidates.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on experience, qualifications, and age, but may include:

Designing and delivering gymnastics training programmes for a range of abilities and ages. Teaching fundamental skills, techniques, and routines. Providing constructive feedback and encouragement to help athletes progress. Ensuring safety at all times by following and enforcing club protocols. Organising and leading sessions, events, and (where relevant) competitions. Keeping accurate records of progress and attendance. Creating a positive, supportive, and professional training environment that inspires athletes to thrive.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for gymnastics and working with children and young people. Enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong team-player attitude. Coaching qualifications (desirable but not essential). The ability to motivate, support and engage gymnasts in a fun environment.
