Duties

Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics training sessions for various skill levels. Teach fundamental gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, and vaulting. Assess each athlete's progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal growth. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during practice sessions to prevent injuries. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other staff members regarding progress and any concerns.

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in gymnastics or related disciplines. Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to adapt coaching methods to suit individual learning styles. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with athletes of all ages. Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes while instilling discipline and respect for the sport. Knowledge of safety standards and best practices within gymnastics training environments.
