Stars Gymnastics Club and Coaching Services is a leading club and agency in the sports coaching industry, specialising in gymnastics and freestyle. Our mission is to empower members with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles and inspire athletes.

Now that the club owners has less time, there is an opportunity for full board for someone local to Brighton who must have their own car (level 2/3 or above fully qualified and vetted and BG converted and registered to work in UK already, if from outside the UK / with up to date BG quals only) who wanted to relocate and for in return, full board up to the appropriate stage of income paid back for board, including club managerial, helping in the office and supervising staff and groups / setting tasks and mentoring staff / training them for exams and dealing with registers and competitions / breakfast clubs and to develop new school clubs and source staff, and this can be working from home at times with administration as well as coaching and managing the club to give the other lead coach less responsibility and more support as their lives digress

Summary

We are seeking a passionate Gymnastics Coach to join our team in the UK. This role is vital in developing athletes' skills and fostering a love for gymnastics, contributing significantly to our mission of excellence in sports coaching.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programs for gymnastics athletes Provide individual and group coaching sessions Assess athletes' performance and provide constructive feedback Foster a positive and motivating training environment Collaborate with other coaches to enhance training techniques Organize and participate in competitions and events Maintain safety standards during training sessions Engage with parents and guardians regarding athlete progress

Qualifications

Proven experience as a gymnastics coach or relevant coaching experience Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and training methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire athletes First aid certification is preferred Teaching experience is a plus Passion for sports and athlete development
