Are you passionate about working with children? Do you bring energy, creativity, and a can-do attitude wherever you go? The Little Gym Wimbledon is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join us to assist in delivering our renowned gymnastics-based classes for children aged 3-12 years, and host our fun-filled birthday parties.

What you'll do:

Assist, Lead and support

fun, structured classes

for children aged 3-12 years that promote confidence, coordination, and skill development through gymnastics and movement.

Assist and Host birthday parties

that leave children and parents smiling - from leading games and activities in the gym to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Build relationships with children and parents, creating a

positive and nurturing environment

. Collaborate with a friendly, supportive team to maintain our gym's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and fun. Represent The Little Gym brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for child development.
We're looking for someone who:

Is available to work on weekdays and weekends (daytime hours). Has gymnastics or other similar sports/parkpour/dance experience. Has experience working with children in a group setting, sports coaching, early years, performing arts, or teaching backgrounds are all welcome. Is confident, engaging, and proactive with excellent communication skills. Can bring energy, creativity, and fun to every class and party. Is a team player and willing to learn, full training provided!
