We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead the ongoing improvement of gymnastics delivery across multiple venues. This role is central to maintaining and raising coaching standards, embedding strong systems, and mentoring staff to ensure every session is consistently high-quality, engaging, and aligned with our values.
You won't be desk-bound - you'll be active in the gyms, coaching alongside teams, Mentoring, spotting gaps, fixing them, and ensuring we deliver an outstanding gymnastics experience for every child.
Key Responsibilities
Improve Session Quality
Monitor, evaluate, and raise the standard of gymnastics sessions across all venues. Support staff in delivering consistent, safe, and engaging coaching that meets our lesson plans and coaching flows.
Coach Development & Mentoring
Actively mentor and train coaches on-site. Provide in-the-moment feedback and guidance to help coaches progress and implement effective systems.
Identify and Solve Problems
Spot areas of weakness and take immediate, thoughtful action to address them. This role is not just about identifying problems - it's about being part of the solution.
System Improvement
Help refine and embed coaching systems and quality assurance procedures that improve safety, engagement, and progress.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Head Coaches, the Gymnastics Manager, and other departments to share insights, feedback, and improvement strategies.
Travel Between Sites
Travel regularly between Milton Keynes, Chelmsford, and Thetford (with occasional visits to Cardiff) to carry out audits, support teams, and oversee quality delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience
Strong background in gymnastics coaching (ideally holding a Level 2 qualification or above)
Excellent understanding of gymnastics safety, progression, and coaching systems
Experience leading or mentoring coaches and delivering training
Confident in giving constructive feedback and supporting staff growth
Reliable, organised, and comfortable managing your own schedule across multiple sites
Full driving licence and willingness to travel as part of your role
Desirable
Experience in performance or quality assurance within a coaching or sports education context
Understanding of safeguarding and first aid (training can be provided)
