Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair cutting, colouring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs. Perform barbering services with precision and attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and ready for use. Greet clients warmly at the front desk, managing appointments and ensuring a smooth flow of service. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication. Mentor junior stylists or trainees by sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their development. Upsell products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences, contributing to overall salon success.

Skills

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with proficiency in various hair cutting and styling techniques. Strong background in barbering is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Experience in front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client management. Ability to mentor others, providing guidance and support to less experienced team members. Excellent upselling skills with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction through tailored recommendations. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members alike.
