Responsibilities
Provide professional hair cutting, colouring, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
Offer specialised treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction.
Manage store operations efficiently, including front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and client check-in.
Upsell additional products and services to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
Mentor junior team members and support their development through guidance and training.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene within the salon environment.
Build lasting relationships with clients through personalised consultations and excellent customer service.
Assist in store management tasks when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio of work.
Knowledge of store management practices is advantageous.
Skills in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments are desirable.
Demonstrated ability in customer service, with excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively.
Experience in mentoring or training junior staff members is a plus.
