We are seeking a talented and passionate experienced Hair Dresser, Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a flair for creativity, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Your expertise in various hair techniques, including barbering and styling, will contribute to the overall success of our salon.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality hair services, including cutting, colouring, highlights styling & Blow-dry.
Manage front desk operations, including booking appointments and handling client inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure a pleasant experience for clients.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
Foster strong communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficient in barbering techniques and various hairstyling methods.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in store management is advantageous but not essential.
Strong front desk skills, including appointment scheduling and client management.
Ability to mentor others and share knowledge effectively within the team.
Familiarity with eyelash extensions and makeup application is desirable.
