Duties

Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and colouring services tailored to clients' needs Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer expert advice on styles and products. Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised. Mentor junior stylists, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional development. Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere within the salon.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of current trends in hairstyling, colouring techniques, . Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Pay: 14,300.00-40,180.80 per year
