As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling, while also engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met. Duties
Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling tailored to individual client preferences.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
Manage front desk operations including booking appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty treatments to continually enhance skills.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous.
A passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge within the team.
Relevant qualifications in hairdressing or beauty therapy are essential.
Atleast 2 years of experience working in a salon
