--from straight to coily, fine to thick, natural to chemically treated.

We are seeking

versatile, professional, and creative hairdressers

who can perform a full range of services, including:

Key Responsibilities:

Haircutting

- Men's, women's, and children's cuts for all hair textures

Hair coloring

- All-over color, highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, vivid colors, and corrective color

Braiding & Protective Styles

- Box braids, knotless braids, cornrows, twists, feed-ins, crochet styles, etc.

Chemical services

- Relaxers, perms, keratin treatments, silk presses, etc.

Styling

- Blowouts, silk presses, updos, special occasion styles

Client consultations

- Recommending styles, colors, and treatments based on client needs and hair type Maintain a

clean, organized, and safe workstation

Build and maintain strong

client relationships

Stay up to date on the

latest trends and techniques

in hair care and styling Recommend and sell

retail hair care products

to clients

Requirements:

Valid

Cosmetology License

(State of [Your State])

2+ years

of professional salon experience preferred Strong experience with

ALL hair types and textures

is a must Skilled in

both chemical and natural hair services

Professional, punctual, and reliable Excellent communication and customer service skills Passionate about hair and ongoing education Able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points If You Have):

Established clientele (optional but a plus) Experience with multicultural hair care Knowledge of scalp and hair health Social media presence or portfolio of past work
