This role is in partnership with Stepping Stones NI - Stepping Stones will be offering Health and Safety and World Host Principles of Customer Service training, alongside a recruitment and interview day. We will support you throughout your whole journey, from application to interview and beyond.

About the Role:

Accurate picking of products, checking quantity and quality before loading/unloading

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers are treated in a polite and personal manner

Ensure that the daily order picking and paperwork is completed accurately

To ensure that all orders/packs are securely strapped and wrapped to allow for safe delivery

Ensure the yard is kept tidy to support the health and safety of the branch

Report damaged product to your line manager

Observe company dress code policy including all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)

Operation of all company mechanical equipment and machinery in a safe manner

To work any overtime required within the Branch to meet customer demand

To participate in any training required within the role

Carry out any other reasonable duties within the Branch as requested from time to time by the Manager in relation to cover for holidays/absenteeism
