Join Our Growing Renewable Energy Team as a Handover Manager

Are you ready to make your mark in the renewable energy industry?

Bouygues Energies & Services, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is experiencing rapid growth. To support the seamless handover of critical solar farm projects, we are urgently seeking a Handover Manager to join our dynamic team. This is initially a fixed-term position for 24 months but is open to be reviewed depending on business need. You will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our solar farm projects. The role will involve working across parts of the UK but the central hub being either from Welwyn, Cambridge, or Central London. (Hotels and expenses covered for working away from home)

As a Handover Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Create and Implement Handover Plans: Develop a comprehensive program encompassing all activities and documentation necessary for project handover.

Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project team members, including Project Managers and Quality personnel, to define deliverables and establish deadlines.

Monitor and Manage Progress: Track the delivery of agreed-upon outputs, promptly addressing any delays or issues.

Progress Reporting: Regularly report the percentage completion of each project\'s handover package.

Client Satisfaction: Liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the content and quality of handover materials.

Document Control: Collaborate with the Document Control team to ensure a continuous upload of handover documentation throughout the project, up to the final handover.

Contractual Compliance: Ensure that all contractual requirements are met within the handover package.

Client Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate client feedback, ensuring that necessary updates to handover documentation are incorporated and promptly communicated.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Technical Background: A technical qualification in Engineering is required to understand project intricacies.

Document Control Experience: Previous experience in document control is essential for managing project documentation effectively.

Strong Communication: Exceptional communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and ensure clarity in all communications.

IT Proficiency: Proficiency in IT tools, including MS Excel, to streamline data management and reporting.
