We're recruiting reliable Handworkers to support winter operations at Heathrow Airport this winter. Work involves manual snow clearance using small tools under the direction of a Team Leader.

This role is ad-hoc, weather-dependent, and ideal for candidates whose normal work slows down during snowfall.

Construction & Trades: Scaffolders, Roofers, Bricklayers, Labourers, Groundworkers, Plant Ops, HGV Drivers, Crane Ops, Slingers, Surfacing teams, Highways, Streetworks Agricultural / Outdoor Work: Landscapers, Gardeners, Groundskeepers, Tree Surgeons Others: Uber/Taxi Drivers, Shift Workers (e.g. Fire Service), Business Owners, Retired/Semi-Retired, Ex-Military

What we need from you:

Able to work flexible hours (days/nights/weekends) on short notice Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in cold conditions Can reliably commute to the airport for emergency call-outs Good team player and able to follow instructions Basic understanding of Health & Safety Valid Right to Work and secondary ID References available
