Day rate between 130-150 , based on experience + commission (Discretionary)

XPRT Maintenance is a reputable company specialising in housing repairs and installations, and we are currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as Experienced Handymen. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our clients, and we need talented professionals like you to help us continue exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of housing repairs and installations, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.

- Assess and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action.

- Efficiently manage time and resources to complete projects within designated timeframes.

- Ensure the quality of work meets industry standards and client expectations.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.

- Interact professionally with clients to address concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

- Clean DBS (can do a background check after applying for position).

- Certificate in an asbestos awareness course (can be carried out after applying for position).

- Proven experience as a handyman, with a strong background in housing repairs and installations.

- Proficiency in various areas, such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.

- Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
