About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Handy Person to work on a customer site based in Andover. Our ideal candidate will have a broad experience in decorating, carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical repairs and various "DIY" jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out minor decorating and carpentry work such as patch repairs, painting and decorating, repairs to ironmongery as well as typical 'DIY' tasks
Complete minor electrical repairs (C&G Training provided) such as changing light fittings and electrical accessories
Able to carry out minor plumbing repairs such as changing taps
Completion of audits for the Property Team & Helpdesk
Completion of small PPM tasks such as filter changes and gutter cleaning
Communicate with customers during works and advising on repair options
Compliance with H&S rules and policies
Take a sensible approach to H&S, completing risk assessments and method statements and safely looking after your work area
Build positive relationships with all stakeholders and keep relevant parties up to date with developments
Carry out work in a safe, efficient and tidy manner
Work as part of a team and be willing to support other operatives at other locations as required
Surveying follow-on works and jobs
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role
Experience in managing different stakeholder relationships
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
Excellent organisational skills
Strong problem-solving skills and good attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
Working Pattern/Location:
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Onsite at customer premises.
