We are currently looking for Mould Wash operative in Market harborough and surrounding areas . This is a self employed position, you must be self employed or willing to register and you will need your own transport. Must be good with computers to upload photos of completed work.
Earnings 600-800 average weekly wages- each job has a price
Role Duties;
Following training :-
Washing and cleaning affected surfaces within residents' homes.
Treating damp and mould with specified mould treatments. Paint area that is treated following treatment.
Carrying our minor repair works IE- Stain blocking over cleaned mould areas. Wallpaper stripping prior to mould cleaning on some properties and painting ceiling or walls.
Responsible for accurate completion of tasks and uploading completion photos.
We are looking for 4 candidates and you will be required to be on standby for weekend work once a month for emergancy cleans.
Requirements :-
Experience in residential properties
General handy man/woman skills
Good social skills
Good customer service
Own transport
Drivers Licenses
