Handyman For General Maintenance

Job Description
We are looking for full-time handyman to oversee and manage general maintenance of all our properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Regularly perform maintenance jobs Fill gaps/crevices and provide painting services Undertake light installation or carpentry (e.g., build cabinets) Performing light repairs, carpeting and work on plumbing Changing locks as necessary Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required. Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work Inspect and report the need for major maintenance repairs Regular visit of various properties to check and identify issues with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns Respond to clients' maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
REQUIREMENTS
Driving license is mandatory Proven experience (at least 1 year) as handyman Positive attitude Good communication skills Problem solver - Able to resolve complaints quickly and efficiently Attention to detail Flexible, resourceful, and self-motivated

SHIFT SCHEDULE : Monday-Saturday , 9AM-6 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 2,000.00 per month
