Key Responsibilities:
Carry out routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating
Perform minor repairs to buildings, fixtures, and fittings as needed.
Inspect properties regularly to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
Ensure all work areas are safe, clean, and comply with health and safety standards.
Liaise with the maintenance team and external contractors for larger repairs or installations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Handyman or in a maintenance role.
Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence.
