Key Responsabiilities:
Responsible for PPM and Reactive Maintenance on site
Involved in extra works and project work
To be part of an On-Call Rota
Ensuring reliability of the Plant and associated mechanical systems on site
To work to set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained
Prompt and effective response to all reactive maintenance issues, and help desk requests
Minor installation work
The Ideal Candidate will need:
Experience in a similar environment ideally Commerical / Industrial sites
Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices
Qualifications:
Experience in Painting & Decorating
Experience in Door/Window/Locks Repairs
Experience in Flooring Repairs
Experience in carrying out basic plumbing tasks / unblocking drains - changing taps
Experience in carrying out PPM tasks and compiling compliance paperwork
Ability to Pass BPSS Clearance and be able to provide 3 years of working reference history
