Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills, enabling them to perform various maintenance and repair tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. Supervise and coordinate with other tradespeople as necessary to ensure quality workmanship. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order. Execute electrical repairs, including wiring and fixture installations. Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues with appliances and machinery. Read and interpret schematics for various systems, ensuring accurate installations and repairs. Work with logic controllers for automated systems as required. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Carry out welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical principles. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively. Proven leadership skills to supervise projects and coordinate with team members. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Proficient in maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs. Capability to operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Experience in welding is a plus but not mandatory.
