A Glasgow based property management company looking to employ a dynamic, well-disciplined experienced handyman to assist our Facilities Manager in maintaining the condition of our properties and assist our contracts team with daily tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, both written and verbal; able to work independently with minimum supervision; able to prioritise and be organised. A clean driving licence is required.
It is also important that the candidate be reliable, flexible and trustworthy.
The job will include all aspects of DIY including:
Joinery repairs
Minor plumbing
Minor tiling
Minor electrical works & light bulb changes, light fitting installations
Clearing & furniture removal
Painting
Open/close buildings
Sourcing job materials
Good knowledge of Health and Safety
Responding to emergencies within office and retail units
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
