Skills

Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Valid driver's licence for travel between job sites.
