We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills in maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that properties are kept in excellent condition. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing various tasks, from minor repairs to general upkeep, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities



Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on both sites. Perform tasks such as plumbing, Grouting, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. working at heights Respond promptly to service requests and complete jobs efficiently. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their needs and any issues. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Skills



Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between job sites. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.30 per hour
