Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Handyman/ Handywoman for a new site Chelsea.
You will be joining the site at the strip-out phase. This will involve general internal strip-out, light demolition, site clearance, and other general site Handyman duties as the site progresses. The site is a penthouse apartment and will involve moving refuse from the top floor to the ground floor.
The site involves no structural demolition work, so CCDO is not required.
Nearest Station: South Kensington (Underground) ~15 min walk
Requirements
Physically fit and able to carry out strip-out work Previous experience with strip-out work, or similar. Good general construction handyman knowledge and skills Good understanding of H&S practices for working on a building site. Able to reliably commute to Chelsea Embankment. CSCS card
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From 20.00 per hour
