Inspect new-build properties and identify defects, damage, or incomplete works
Record snagging issues clearly and report them to site management
Work with site teams to ensure all snagging items are resolved efficiently
Carry out general snagging repairs and finishing work
Perform painting, decorating, filling, patching, and touch-ups
Apply sealants, silicone, caulking, and other finishing materials
Undertake general handyman tasks as required across the site
Complete minor customer care repairs to maintain high homeowner satisfaction
Skills & Experience
Proven background in snagging, handyman work, decorating, or finishing trades within residential construction
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Confident communicator with the ability to work independently or within a team
Professional, customer-focused attitude
CSCS card
