We are seeking a reliable and versatile Handy Man to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving various aspects of our premises. Duties

Conduct routine maintenance tasks including fixing leaks, repairing fixtures, and patching walls. Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card Perform general carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, and painting as required. Inspect premises regularly to identify potential issues or hazards. Assist with installation of equipment, furniture, or fittings. Maintain a clean and organised workspace after completing tasks. Respond promptly to repair requests from staff or management. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs carried out.

Experience

Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar maintenance role. Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting techniques. Ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently and effectively. Familiarity with health and safety standards relevant to building maintenance. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential. This position requires a proactive individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety and quality within the workplace.
