Duties

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs across the property, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks Identify issues requiring attention and perform necessary fixes promptly Assist with installation of fixtures, fittings, and equipment as required Ensure all work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised Respond to urgent repair requests in a timely manner Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently Maintain a stock of essential tools and materials needed for various tasks

Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or in a similar maintenance role Good understanding of general repair techniques across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) Ability to read technical manuals and interpret diagrams or instructions Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces Valid driver's licence A proactive attitude with good communication skills and the ability to work independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Work Location: In person
