We are seeking a reliable and versatile Maintenance Person to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and general maintenance person tasks across different properties and facilities. Duties

Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting Perform routine inspections to identify issues requiring attention Assist with the installation of fixtures, appliances, and equipment Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations Maintain tools and equipment in good working order Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of facilities

Experience

Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or in a similar maintenance role Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams Familiarity with health and safety standards relevant to maintenance work Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Valid driver's licence is preferred but not essential
