Responsibilities

Carry out general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties. Supervise small teams when necessary, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their needs and expectations. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role with a strong knowledge base. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Logical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems efficiently and develop effective solutions.
