Overview

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set in maintenance, a plumbing qualification is desirable but not essential. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will contribute significantly to the upkeep and smooth operation of our facilities in both domestic and Commercial settings.

A van and fuel card will be provided.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across various facilities. Maintain a high standard of safety and quality in all tasks undertaken. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally. Lead maintenance projects, organising schedules, resources, and personnel effectively.

Skills

plumbing desirable but not essential. experience in general maintenance/handyman/woman tasks. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to supervise teams or contractors effectively. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for clear communication. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising or managing teams. Customer service orientation with a professional approach to client interactions. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling diverse maintenance tasks while demonstrating leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be completing general repairs across domestic and commercial buildings.

Pay: 12.68-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
