Job Summary

We are seeking another position in a small but fast growing company. We typically do refurbs small to full houses, with lots of painting and repair jobs now due to partnerships formed. We have formed some more partnerships requiring someone to be able to fit blinds too. Jobs are varied consisting mainly of painting, blind fitting, general labouring and rip outs, basically joinery and any other trades on top of this will be rewarded with higher pay.

Duties

High standard of painting. Joinery proficiency very attractive. Plastering very attractive. Blind fitting Perform general maintenance and repair tasks. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored. Honest, integral, punctual.

Expectations

To be extremely open, honest and punctual. We value just being honest above everything, mistakes are made, as employers and employees - we are a close knit team that solves things as a unit and value open communication. Punctuality is key.

We work predominantly in Nottingham postcodes, however we do work in Birmingham, Doncaster, Leicester, Derby, surrounding areas in the whole of the midlands when needed as we predominantly do work for estate agents, holiday let companies and property investors.

This means a lot of work is often void / empty / with or without furnishings.

Travel will be expected to around an hour or just above but would be notified with good timings, any more would be taken into consideration with bonuses or fuel cover.

Staying away is not common, it could be offered for the right jobs but would be optional and never expected.

Successful candidates should have their own transport and tools, they should have clean proper uniform to represent a professional company.

Pay: 150.00-220.00 per day
