Due to continued growth I am working on behalf of a Maintenance Division that are currently looking to recruit a Handyperson to work in a mobile capacity within the Cambridgeshire area.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with our clients, have an excellent understanding or qualification in carpentry, decorating or another construction-based discipline and able to carry out such tasks in relation to and including, minor repairs to locks, windows putting up shelves, boxing in of services and small decorating projects. In addition, you may be required to assist with engineering staff and the compliance team in carrying out and recording weekly fire-alarms testing L8 compliance and emergency light testing (for which training will be given)
