Overview

We are seeking a dedicated hard landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various construction projects, ensuring that groundwork is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols. The set hours are 40 p/w however, regular overtime is also required.

Duties

Prepare and maintain construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring the area is safe for work. Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.

Skills

Full UK Driving License essential. Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour. Good understanding of drainage and levels. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Must have ability to fence, block pave, lay slabs & kerb. Digger, dumper, roller tickets are an advantage.
