We're looking to create a fourth team of Hard Landscapers consisting of a Trainee, an Experienced Landscaper and a Team Leader. Whether you are looking to start a career in Landscaping, already have 2-3 years proven experience of paving, decking, walling, fencing and groundwork or have at least a years' experience of Landscape Team Leading on top of these proven skills, we'd like to talk to you.

You'd get to work on high-end garden design projects within 15 miles of Wallingford for a Company that supports and trains you while you have fun creating beautiful gardens.

Full, clean drivers licence essential and own transport needed to get you to site.

Key requirements of the successful candidates would be:

Trainee Landscaper

- an aptitude for practical, manual work, willingness to work hard outside in all weathers, an interest in landcape and garden construction, a desire to learn new skills and develop, a team player with excellent communication skills

Experienced Landscaper

- at least 3 years hands-on experience across a broad range of hard and soft landscaping - ability to deliver a high standard of work with minimum supervision in groundwork, brick-laying, paving, stonework, timberwork, turfing and planting - a team-player able to manage their own time and supervise a trainee landscaper to ensure quality standards and staff development goals are met

Team Leader

- at least 5 years hands-on experience across all aspects of hard and soft landscaping - a proven track record of delivering high qualilty landscaping projects on time and to budget - experience in planning a team's workload, managing team members in the execution of landscaping tasks, supervising and training team members to ensure quality standards are met - ability to report on progress, manage change, problem-solve and communicate effectively with team and operations staff to facilitate the smooth running and successful completion of projects.

Pay: 26,000.00-38,000.00 per year
