Hard Landscaping Labourers - RATES OF PAY ARE NEGOTIABLE AND DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE

Role Overview:

As a Site Labourer, you will support the delivery of civil engineering works on site, ensuring tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will work closely with our Foremen, Engineers, and other trades to assist with all aspects of site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general labouring duties as instructed by the Foreman, Projects Engineer, or Contracts Director. Assist with setting up and maintaining site areas, including housekeeping and welfare facilities. Handle deliveries, check materials against delivery notes, and report discrepancies. Operate hand tools and small plant safely (training will be provided where required). Ensure all works are completed in line with method statements, risk assessments, and company safety procedures. Support the site team in maintaining the company's professional image and reputation. Hours of working are Mon-Thurs 7.30a.m.-4.00p.m. & Friday 7.30a.m.-3.00p.m, we rarely work weekends

Requirements:

Previous experience on a civil engineering / construction site (preferred but not essential). CSCS card (essential). Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Good awareness of health and safety on site. Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn new skills. Driving license is essential as you will be required, at times, to drive a company van

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
