We are seeking a passionate, friendly, enthusiastic Hartbeeps Imaginator to join our Hartbeeps Colchester and Tendring team, running classes two to three days a week during school term time within the Colchester area. This role involves engaging with young children through creative and interactive sessions, fostering their imagination and development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to maintain a sense of fun and positivity to customers during working hours. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to early childhood education while developing professional skills in a supportive environment.
The candidate will receive full training via zoom and through shadowing classes currently running. All plans and props are provided.
Duties
Deliver engaging Hartbeeps sessions tailored to children's age groups, ensuring a fun and safe environment
Manage administrative tasks including accurate data entry of attendance records and session feedback
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians via phone etiquette, providing information about classes
Promote classes using occasional photos of yourself with themed props for Hartbeeps Colchester and Tendring social media pages
Maintain organised session materials and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with parents, children, and community members
Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
Organised with attention to detail, with good communication skills.
Passion for early childhood development, creativity, and delivering memorable experiences for children
Previous experience working with children and/ or babies is desirable but not essential
Ability to sing confidently to our catchy songs (no professional training required)
A driving license and a good sized mode of transport for props.
Be able to comfortably lift and move prop boxes from the car to designated venue.
