Harvest Temp Mobile Seed Plant Operator

Job Description
Based at our Hermitage site, we are currently looking to recruit harvest workers to join our business on a full-time temporary basis through our busy Summer Season, starting from July through to October 2025.Roles and Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be part of a small team whose responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Driving to farms following our Mobile Seed Processing Plant in a company van
- Processing farm saved seed on site
- Assisting with setting up the processor
- Checking the quality of bags to be filled
- Liaising with the operator to maintain good levels of stock
- Ensuring the site/machinery is clean, tidy and Health and Safety processes are always adhered to
- Establishing good and safe working practices
- Always Providing a high level of service and customer care
