Hazardous Waste Van Driver
Job Description
We are looking for a part time/full time ADR Hazardous Waste Van Driver.
Are you an experienced and reliable driver who takes environmental safety seriously? Do you know your way around hazardous waste regulations and want to make a difference?
What you'll do:
Safely transport hazardous waste materials, following ADR regulations.
Make sure the vehicle is looked after and all safety equipment is present and in order.
Load and unload hazardous waste materials, using proper handling procedures.
Stick to assigned routes and schedules, while obeying traffic laws and being an all-around responsible driver.
Keep accurate records.
Follow all company policies, local, and hazardous waste regulations.
What you'll need:
A valid ADR license.
Full, clean UK driving license with an ADR endorsement
Solid knowledge of ADR regulations and how to handle hazardous waste.
Familiarity with storing, loading, and unloading hazardous materials.
The ability to work independently.
Good communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
